Based on the photo and description, the mezuzah was not at all what I expected. I thought the metal was going to be silver, and the case was going to be white and blue. Instead, the metal was gaudy gold, and the case was mostly yellow in color, with a bit of blue in the hamsa and flowers. Overall, I was very disappointed with this mezuzah. If the photos and description were more accurate, I probably would not have made this particular purchase.

I just learned that this mezuzah is available in both silver and gold finishes. However, the manufacturer is given free rein in determining which finish to send to the customer, regardless of the fact that only the silver finish is shown on the Web site. In my opinion this is false advertising, and I have brought this to Mezuzah Master’s attention.
