"I was more than satisfied with mezuzahmaster. After I ordered, I realized that I did not include a message for the mezuzah I was sending as a gift, so I emailed customer service. Eli answered immediately and told me to email a message over and that he'd make sure it was included in the delivery. He was very thoughtful and kind. The package arrived well before I expected it to, and the person I sent the gift to immediately called and said that it was "the most beautiful mezuzah" she ever saw.
